I recently enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Bar Harbor. The staff's cheerful demeanor made breakfast delightful, especially Lori's warm hospitality. The pools and outdoor spaces helped us unwind, despite the slight odor from the cooling system in my room. Overall, a lovely experience!

Perfectly located just outside Bar Harbor. The room was clean and had everything needed, including a fridge and microwave. The bed felt cozy with crisp linens. I loved the fresh tea and cookies in the lobby upon arrival. The outdoor seating areas had beautiful gardens, perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cindy, the night manager. I enjoyed the s'mores by the fire pit in the evening. However, breakfast could have been better. It was available late on the first morning, and hot options were limited to just eggs and sausage, which weren’t warm. They didn’t apologize for the delay. Overall, a bit more attention to the dining experience would make the stay even better.

The room was clean and cozy, with comfy beds and a nice fridge for snacks. I loved relaxing by the heated pool and soaking up the sun on the loungers. Just a heads up, the breakfast choices could’ve been better, but it didn’t ruin the fun! 😊

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

Clean grounds filled with local flora create a pleasant atmosphere to walk around. Convenient location just minutes from Acadia National Park allows easy access to outdoor adventures. The outdoor fire pit adds a cozy charm, perfect for evening relaxation.
The breakfast experience could definitely use improvement. despite some options, it felt lacking in variety and quality, leaving many guests wanting more. Our room had a musty odor that lingered, and it seemed to get worse when the air conditioning was running. Lastly, we ran into a couple of miscommunications regarding room placements upon check-in, which added unnecessary hassle to our stay.

The room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean, with a nice breakfast variety including local cheese options. However, there was a persistent mildew smell, particularly in room 115, and the thin walls allowed noise from adjacent rooms to disrupt tranquility. Despite the friendliness of the staff, the overall experience was overshadowed by the smell and sound issues.

The King Room was really spacious and clean when we arrived. Loved the updated decor! The bathroom was nice, with great water pressure in the shower. The only downsides were that it was a bit noisy. I could hear people in the next room. Also, there was a weird mildew smell that lingered a bit. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable, and the staff were super friendly.
